Kristoff is a Tobago based accountant, internal auditor, facilitator and business development professional with more than eight years of experience across financial operations, compliance, risk management, governance, customer service, communications and organisational development.
As Chief Operating Officer, he leads practical programmes and business solutions for students, professionals, entrepreneurs and organisations. His approach is simple: useful knowledge should lead to real action.

A BSc Accounting (Hons.) graduate of The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Kristoff combines analytical discipline with practical, people focused problem solving.
His experience includes credit union operations, financial analysis, audit and compliance, policy development, operational leadership, ICT and digital systems, workshop development, human resource support, communications and event coordination.
He has contributed to financial literacy and community development initiatives centred on budgeting, saving, responsible borrowing and financial awareness. His service on ICT and Policy & By-Law committees has also given him firsthand experience in governance, process improvement, technology integration and the importance of clear, workable systems.
Through NextStep, Kristoff’s work covers career readiness, professional branding, workplace communication, financial literacy, productivity, operational improvement, AI literacy and responsible digital transformation.

Kristen R. Salandy MBA, BBA
Kristen is a multidisciplinary business professional whose career brings together people, strategy and communication. She brings more than ten years in media and digital marketing, over seven years in human resource management and more than three years in corporate communications.
Her work spans human resource strategy, change management, training, policy development, business development and strategic communication. As CEO, she leads NextStep’s direction and develops practical solutions that strengthen people, sharpen performance and create pathways for meaningful progress.

Kristen holds an MBA specialising in Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Anglia Ruskin University and a BBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Brunswick. Her academic and professional background allows her to approach business challenges through both a people focused and strategic lens.
She has led and supported initiatives focused on strengthening workplace systems, improving employee and stakeholder engagement, developing practical policies and driving organisational and operational improvement.
An experienced facilitator and public speaker, Kristen delivers training, seminars and workshops in public speaking, interview mastery, résumé writing, professional branding, workplace communication and career value development. She equips people to articulate their strengths, increase their confidence and position themselves more effectively for opportunity and advancement.
